LG Electronics (LG) yesterday announced the launch of its new LG UltraGear line of gaming monitors, which it says will allow gamers to gear up for the next- level gaming experience.

LG said the game-changing line-up will fulfil the needs of gamers with an entirely new design aesthetic, the most cutting-edge display technology, and a variety of gaming and connection capabilities.

One of the monitors is the 48GQ900 model, the company's first OLED gaming monitor, as well as the 32GQ850, the company's premium model featuring a QHD Nano IPS display and Advanced True Wide (ATW) Polarizer technology.

The gaming monitors will offer a fully immersive gaming experience, thanks to viewing screens made of the most cutting-edge technical advancements.

LG Electronics Malaysia managing director Justin Choi said the first-ever OLED gaming monitor applies cutting-edge technology and design to meet the high standards of today's requirements and expectations for gaming displays.

The new lineup also features the 32GQ850 monitor, which showcases the next generation of visual performance and speed.

The display has VESA AdaptiveSync Display, which was introduced by the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA).

Thanks to the monitor's stylish and sophisticated design with a thin bezel on three sides, the base can be adjusted to modify the tilt of the display for more comfort.

LG's latest UltraGear gaming monitors feature a 4-pole headphone port that enables users to connect a gaming headset and communicate as they play to complete the gaming experience.

The 2022 models also come with DTS Headphone: X's better surround sound, which reproduces every sound in the game with breathtaking clarity.

The new LG UltraGear gaming monitors are now available in Malaysia for RM5,922 for the 48GQ900 model, and RM3,150 for the 32GQ850 variant.
